My relationship with Salvidge Automotive began 35 years ago when Bob Salvidge, with a penny, soldering iron and incredible savvy, saw to it that my wife and I and our camperized Fargo van "Le Rouge" made it across Canada to the Maritimes and back without a hitch (pun unintended).
